From Maggie I'm sending in a picture of my son James as, guess who??? Jack Sparrow. He came up with this costume on his own using some of his Civil War clothes, (we used to re-enact), some of my makeup and costume jewelry, bought a black wig and came up with other odds and ends from around the house. I think he did a pretty good job.

From Chris Heres my Jack Sparrow costume. I even got the tattoo! The costume was a total of $30 Most of it was purchased at the thrift store, and to give it that extra touch, I rubbed drywall all over and cleaned my garage floor and cars with the entire outfit when it was finished. All the makeup was done by my wife. It took about 2 hours because i refused to sit still.

From Emkat_SMG For Halloween, I dressed as Johnny Depp's character Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean (a clean shaven Jack). I sewed the puffy pirate shirt myself, the hat, vest, and coat were purchased from a Halloween store. I strung my own beads for my hair, and tried to get my look as perfect as possible, down to the last detail.

From "P" Lee This is me. I was finding a Captain Jack Sparrow costume for Halloween this year, and I came up with the face for now. This took all of 5 minutes to put on. Next year, I hope to maybe have the whole outfit to it. I love Jack Sparrow, and I think it would be fun to be Barbossa, too, sometimes. Savvy?
