The opening song of Sweeney Todd says "His skin was pale and his eye was odd". In this photo Johnny's right eye seems to have some red makeup around it. I've never seen the opera. Does anyone know what is wrong with ST's eye? Great photo!
In the Opera Todd's eyes are red as well. I think it's just from the stress of his life as it turned out; wrongly imprisoned, lost family, seeking revenge...
BTW-I think JD is just "in character" as he usually is on set; not stressed over his daughter. She'd have to be all better in order for him to return to work, as it would be with ANY devoted parent.

Johnny's just in character, & gorgeous at the same time. Can't wait to hear him sing. Could this be a double award? (Golden Globe & Oscar).Since GG's split drama & musicals. J.D. will jam this flick with all that's within him, cuz' Tim is surely able to coax it out of him.
Is it the role or worry over sweet Lily Rose? He doesn't look as happy and relaxed as he did in behing the scenes Pirate shots.

Just like he is in the photo I was thinking he could be. The clothes, make up, hair, everything.
