Johnny heads to 'Sin City'?
Mtv has an interview with Robert Rodriguez, director of Once Upon a Time in Mexico and Sin City, in which he talks about his plans for the next two installments of the Sin City saga.
The third installment will cover the story called 'Hell and Back' which revolves around the character of Wallace, described as "a brooding artist who, due to being drugged repetitively, wanders through most of the tale hallucinating." Rodriguez says he would like to see Johnny Depp in the role.

"He was interested in doing the Jackie Boy character that Benicio [del Toro] played [in the first one], but he was doing that movie 'Libertine' in Europe and it just kept getting pushed and delayed and went right through our shooting schedule," Rodriquez says. "But there is a better role for him in ['Hell and Back']. I kept going, 'Gosh, Jackie Boy is a small part, he could be really good [as Wallace].' When he wasn't available, I thought maybe it was meant to be."No casting has been confirmed yet for the remaining Sin City installments, but Rodriguez is reportedly "coyly confident" that he can get Johnny Depp for the role. He is also in talks with Antonio Banderas to join the cast.

I'm real excited about that. I love Robert Rodriguez and I'm looking forward to seeing my favorite actor in more of his movies, or possibly even in one of Quentin's movies. I was real excited when I heard Johnny was in the "Desperado" sequel, I never thought it would happen and lo and behold.. the man with no eyes turned out to be none other than Johnny D. Oh yeah it'll be killer, for sure!

YES! I hope Johnny takes that role, I've heard nothing but good things about those movies! Now I'm so excited! =) <3

I really love Sin City, and i love Rodriguez, so let's see what comes out ^^.
But to me it seemed such a joke to read that Johnny was a possible choice for Jackie Boy XP NO! Maybe i see that character like it's been portrayed by Benicio, but i don't like it, and Johnny wouldn't have suited in those shoes
I'm sure Wallace will be a freak, LOL
