THANKS, I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!!! :D I love the videos! I love Johnny, he is so cute!
Thanks and here is some good article with Johnny:
You are singing for the first time onscreen in “Sweeney Todd.” How’s that experience so far? Is this your first time to play the father of a 20-year-old?
An actor going into a recording studio and singing for the first time in his life at age 43—that’s very strange (laughter). I wouldn’t recommend it. I feel okay about what I have been able to do but it’s a very strange process. When Tim asked if I wanted to play the role, I said, “Sure.” He said, “Can you sing?” I said, “I don’t know—I’ll get back to you (laughter). I’ll let you know.” I ended up going into a recording studio with a friend of mine and I just sang to the tracks to find out if I could do it at all. It’s not unlike the mating call of a rutting stag. It’s a very strange sound but so far, I have not been fired, which is good. We’ll see. I hope you like it.
Stephen (Sondheim) did some alterations to the score for the film version. There are certain things that work in a play but you don’t need in cinema. Stephen was terrific about it, making those little trims, alterations or segues. As far as playing the father of a 20-year-old (laughter), I’ve never done that before although I think she’s supposed to be 16. Now, we are splitting hairs, aren’t we (laughter)? The fact is, I could theoretically be the father of someone approaching 30, which is a little scary.

Been dying to hear him sing for yeeeeeeeeaaaaars!!
Thanks for capturing those! You made my day :)
I agree with anonymous (the last one) I can't wait for Johnny to sing!!!!! He has to have a great voice... he's also a musician for Christ's sake! I'm sure he'll be amazing!
I 'm counting the days for the premiere of potc3! The 24th seems so near but so far at the same time!
Johnny is shy! I saw all the interviews (thanks Trish!) and he seems so shy! All I could say about it, is awwwwwwwwwwwwww
Any moment with Johnny or Captain Jack makes the day brighter. His face shows peace and contentment. He is in a good place in his life and it rubs off on us all. God bless him and his family. The whole world is waiting for May 25 so we can set sail to rescue our Captain! There's never too much adventure with him.
I "hear" a POTC#4 is in the works, but needs a director.I say let johnny take the helm on that one.Man, if anybody has a 'feel'for the movie he 's had it before the cameras even started rolling! Go for it JD!! P.S. I like the sounds of rutting stags....kind of,well...natural!HA!I'm sure you'll be great!! Can't wait!
I agree with Amelie, Johnny does look shy but that just adds to his attraction. I think its wonderful that someone that good looking doesnt come across as arrogant. I think he also tries to give intelligent answers even when he is being asked the same questions over and over. God bless you johnny and your lovely family.
