Dunst Names Depp a 'Modern Great'
Times Online offers an article about the history of cinema, the difference between classic movies, and a discussion of modern greats. In it, Kirsten Dunst names Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands her cinematic hero:
Dunst’s modern cinematic hero is Johnny Depp in Edward Scissorhands (1990). “How can you not love Johnny Depp?” she argues, as if the whole matter of the modern matinee idol was now done and dusted.

i agree wih kirsten. How could you not love him? Look at him and then there is all that talent...
Neatly put Kirsten - how can you not love Johnny.
Agree w/ Kirsten. I think he's so awesome. He really is a great actor, he can do anything and kick some serious ass. He can do drama, comedy anything. And I'm a huge Edward Scissorhands fan I have the movie on VHS which I bought when I was like 8! I have it on DVD and then bought it again on the special collectors edition with the tin and pictures. I know, i'm nuts!
You are right "How can you not love Johnny Depp" I went to see POTC3 with a lady and that's what she said and I said I don't know how you can't.When someone said they don't like him I get real upset & hurt. How can they say such a thing. He's a Prince Charming and makes my heart go thud thud thud.
