Depp Can't Be Duplicated
In an interview with DelmarvaNow, director John Waters briefly discusses casting for the Broadway production of the Johnny Depp film Cry-Baby:
A Broadway version of "Cry-Baby" is in the offing, with newcomer James Snyder handling the title role. "I just saw one of their rehearsals and it's going great," Waters said. "We didn't want someone who was going to do an imitation of Johnny Depp. On the other hand, it's impossible to be too much like Johnny Depp; I think he's one of Hollywood's all-time renaissance men."

I saw cry-baby for the first time recently. Johnny has certainly come a long way since then as far as acting ability goes. I loved the French kissing scene and young Johnny running around in his tighty whiteys though. Better than porn!

Amen! well said! No one can do it better than Johnny:. I liked that movie...expecially the part where he says in his manly voice,"Well you're a pretty little square, why dont u hang with us rapes tonight?" That line is what i dream of johnny whispering to me someday!lol..sniff sniff..

It's really just the most amazing thing, lol. Every cheesy pickup line, just fills me with joy. "I'm burning inside to touch you.." c'mon, you don't get better than that!
No one can double johnny =) man he's unique in his kind.
