Johnny Depp Wedding Reports Not True
June 13 2008Reports suggesting Johnny Depp will wed longtime partner VANESSA PARADIS at SANDRA BULLOCK's Georgia home on Saturday (14Jun08) have been shot down by the actor's publicist.
Catering trucks, police activity and local gossip led many to believe that Bullock's Tybee Island home near Savannah would be the site of the latest celebrity wedding ceremony.
But Depp's representative Robin Baum says, "There is no truth to these rumours."
That has led Savannah locals to ask who is planning a highprofile wedding at the Speed star's estate.
One says, "Some store employees have signed confidentiality agreements and there are catering trucks and tent rental truck parked up, while I'm told police will be working as security at the mystery event.
"If it is not Depp, it's someone big."

Thanks so very much...I knew I could turn to you for this important and accurate info., as always! I've been all over the internet the past sev. days trying to get true updates on Johnny's poss. wedding, or if it were indeed a rumor! ...I know Johnny and Vanessa will make their appropriate decisions when the timing is right!...it must be most disturbing to the both of them to have rumors like this one here, marrying each other on June 14th, flying around the whole world!...God Bless Them!:) On a side note "Happy U.S. Flag Day" to everyone on June 14th! -Linda in Los Angeles, CA USA
The publicist's denial can't be taken as gospel; she also said last year that JD wasn't househunting in England and, in fact, he bought a huge estate shortly thereafter. I think it's still possible.
In this world, indeed, anything is possible. However, pictures were taken of him on Saturday, June 14, in Milwaukee, WI - still filming "Public Enemies." I think it is safe to say, they did not get married. ;-) ~thea
Agreed Thea, and that huge estate in England was never confirmed either, in fact I think I got a news alert saying it was untrue.
They should get married when they think the time is right!

Hello,
I think he should have gotten married to her long ago before he got Vanessa pregnant.
He is a big influence on my daughter also named Lily-Rose. (she added the hyphen).
I say Johnny came from the hippie era and that made shacking up popular. However that doesn't make it right.
