I just wanted to let everyone know the site will be moving forward again... finally. Yay!
Thea, a friend and long-time member of the DeppFansOver30 yahoogroup, has offered to help keep the news section updated for me. (Thank you, Thea!)
You should start seeing posts from her in the next day or two as she learns her way around here. In the meantime, I'll concentrate on getting all the photo galleries back online by the end of the week.
My thanks to everyone for your patience over the past few months, and I hope you continue to enjoy the site.

dearest Trish....i would like to thank you for all the hard work you do and this wonderful website, i cant believe how we get the news so quick..i log on to the depp yahoo over 30 nearly every day (well every day)and when the site was down it was hell,even though i have never meet anybody from it and have made comments that sometimes dont go down well, i felt very alone, again i thank you for all your very hard work,deppimpact has got me through a very very differcult time in my life,THANK YOU Joanne,uk, AKA olddeppster

I've just seen the release date for `Public Enemies' in the UK is July 2009!!!
I can't wait that long for a new Johnny film. It's tough being a Johnny fan but worth it.

Trish, I'll miss you running the site. I do hope things are beginning to smooth out for you. Thank you for finding someone else to run this site. It would be a terrible shame if we lost it. In an interview a few months ago Johnny said that he indeed looks at a few Johnny Depp web sites that are very good. I'm sure Depp Impact is one of them. He really appreciates the work fans put into good sites, and so do Johnny's real fans, including me. You have my home email. Glad to see you're getting back to "Depp normal"! A Russell Crowe site I used to go to went thru the same thing,they got hacked and lost over 75% of their info. The site has never recovered. good luck!
